I'm slowly moving my images to a new home

... and replacing my image links on my LJ and elsewhere, in reverse chronological order. Hopefully, after the next couple of weeks the ugly Photobucket images of doom will no longer be visible.

Many thanks to teragramm, based on whose experiences I've chosen Nickpic as the new home for my images. They seem to have heart for their users, in stark contrast to PB.

I hate that ugly black box. I loaded all my old icons and banners on lj and imgur but I decided that I will be putting the the new stuff on Nickpic too.

Yeah, I hate it too. It has to go! So far, I'm happy with Nickpic as a replacement, although it has a few things that I miss, like the possibility to create subalbums. (Or maybe it's possible, but I've just not discovered it yet.) Also, it's a pity that the links don't reflect the file names. I have to give it to PB: that's a feature that comes in handy, especially now for the link replacement!
